We built OnlineScannerDocument.com around one frustration: needing to scan a single page and not wanting to install an app, create an account, or dig out a physical scanner to do it.
The tool itself is simple. Upload a photo of a document, or take one with your camera, and it straightens the page, crops out the background, and hands you back a clean PDF or image all inside your browser. Nothing you scan is uploaded to a server to get processed. That's not a policy we wrote after the fact; it's how the tool works from the ground up.
Why We Built This
Most free scanning tools ask for something in return an account, an email address, or your file sitting on someone else's server while it "processes." We wanted a version that didn't. If you're scanning a receipt, a signed form, or an ID card, you shouldn't have to think twice about where that file goes.
What You Can Expect From Us

- Files processed on your device, not ours.
- Plain, honest communication if something changes about how the tool works or how we make money from the site, we'll say so clearly on this page and in our Privacy Policy, not bury it in fine print.
How the Site Supports Itself
OnlineScannerDocument.com is free to use. We support the running costs of the site through display advertising (such as Google AdSense) and, in the future, may offer an optional paid tier with extra features. The core scanning tool will always have a free version.
